How do I place an order?

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

How can I track my package?
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log in to your account to view your order history.

💳 Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. At this time, we do not offer payment terms. All orders must be paid in full using an accepted payment method.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted system, ensuring complete security and PCI compliance.


🛍️ Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes, but you must request and receive return authorization before sending any items back. To qualify, items must be in original and full package quantities, and must be unworn or unused. All authorizes returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.

How are refunds processed?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If so, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

🎁 Gift Cards - Terms & Conditions

How long is my eSalesNation gift card valid for?
All eSalesNation gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will automatically expire and can no longer be redeemed.

Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards can be used exclusively on our official website, www.esalesnation.com, and applied to any eligible purchase until the balance is fully used or expires.

Can I use the gift card more than once?
Yes. You may use your gift card partially or fully, across one or multiple transactions, until the balance reaches zero or the 12-month validity period ends.

Are there any fees or maintenance charges?
No. eSalesNation gift cards carry no inactivity or maintenance fees, regardless of usage frequency.

Can I get a refund or exchange for a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. If you return a product purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount will be issued back to you as store credit or a new gift card.

What if I lose my gift card code?
Treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of any gift card.

Any recommendations on when to use it?
To ensure better product availability and faster processing, we recommend using your gift card outside peak sales periods such as Black Friday, major holidays, or promotional events.
